Build Your Camp Pod

From $500-750/Person (Groups of 5+)

Our lowest price of the season. Rally 5 or more friends and everyone locks a heavily discounted rate per camper for a one-week session.

Pricing:

  • Beginner / Advanced SUP or Intermediate SUP or Kayak = $600 per camper (normally $799).

  • Teen Explorer’s Camp = $750 per camper (normally $999)

  • Park-to-Park Camp = $500 per camper (normally $649)

How Pod Pricing Works (3 steps)

  1. Pick your week(s)

    Choose your preferred camp week(s) and type (most sessions eligible; subject to availability).

  2. Submit your pod request

    Tell us your coordinator info, target week, and how many campers you’re bringing (minimum 5).

  3. Get personal codes

    Once 5 campers are confirmed, we’ll issue each family a personal booking code to enroll at the discounted rate per camper.

    If the group drops below 5 before the session begins, remaining families will be repriced to the best public rate.

FAQ

Can we make a pod with 6, 7, or 8 kids? Yes. Everyone in the pod pays the discounted rate as long as the group remains 5+ for the same week.

Can we split a pod across two different weeks? Pods are per week. You’ll need 5+ campers in each week to secure pod pricing for that week.

Do families pay together or separately? Separately. Each family gets a personal code and books directly—no one needs to front the full amount.

Can pod pricing combine with Early Bird or referral discounts? No. Pod pricing is our best deal and replaces other discounts, including sibling.

What happens if someone cancels? If your pod drops below 5 before the session begins, remaining families are repriced to the best public rate for that week.

Important Details

  • Each camper in a group over the minimum 5 also receives the discounted rate.

  • Codes are issued to each family after 5 campers are confirmed.

  • Non-stacking: Pod pricing is in place of Early Bird, referral, and other discounts.

  • Cancellations: If the group falls below 5 prior to camp start, remaining campers will be repriced to the best available public rate.

  • Capacity is limited; weeks fill fast.
