How SEASON PASSES Work

May 1 through October 31, 2026 — six full months. Access begins on May 1 regardless of when you purchase.

For individuals you have access to any single-person product in the shop. For couples and families, you can add teandems to that list. This includes kayaks, paddle boards, surfskis, etc.

Currently only our Crane Cove Park location is available for season passes. Giants Game rentals from Mission Creek are not included.

Register: After signing up, you’ll receive a unique code for all bookings.
Reserve your gear: Use our reservation system to book your paddleboard or kayak anytime.
Confirmation: You’ll receive confirmation for your rental just like a regular booking.
Cancelation: Can’t make it? Just let us know 24 hours in advance.

Two adults plus any dependent children under the age of 16. All must live in the same household.

Yes — you can add a sauna or Sauna + Plunge add-on at any time during the season.

No. We have boards and kayaks suitable for complete beginners. If it's your first time, our team will get you on the water safely.

The pass is valid for the full season and does not roll over or pause. We recommend buying early and getting out as often as possible — the more you go, the better the value.

The sauna add-on is season-specific (May–October) to match the paddle season. For year-round sauna access, check our standard Sauna and Sauna + Plunge memberships.

Yes — contact us and we'll apply a credit toward the higher tier. The difference between individual and couples/family pricing is charged at whatever rate was in effect when you originally purchased.

Nope, you can rent any day, depending on availability. Book early to ensure your gear is available.

All season pass rentals are for two hours per session. Additional time is billed at our normal rates.
